Emergencies

In an emergency please call anytime 24hrs a day 365 days a year on 01208 76403.

Outside normal working hours your call will be answered by our answer service and the call relayed to the duty vet.

In an emergency it is very helpful if you can provide:

1. The owner's name
2. Location of the horse
3. Brief details of the emergency
4. A contact number (if it is a mobile please ensure you have a signal)

Our staff understand the stress of an emergency situation but please try to remain calm to help them get a vet to you as soon as possible.
